Orders exceeding 30 days
Human caused issues that have been used or damaged

Provide order number and reason for return
After customer service review, the return address and instructions will be provided
After receiving the returned goods and verifying them to be correct, the refund will be completed within 7 working days
If payment is made through PayPal, the original payment method will be refunded
If it is through other means, the refund will be processed through the original payment channel
If it is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the shipping cost
If it is not a quality issue, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost
